I highly recommend ASAP Carpet Cleaning ( they should add tile & grout to their name!). I got estimates from three different places to clean 500 square feet of tile and grout as well as sealing the grout. Choosing ASAP was the best decision. My tile and grout are a very light color, white with gray flecks. The grout was a very dirty looking dark color in the heavy traffic areas and my floors looked gross due to this. I am not sure they were ever sealed. James cleaned and sealed the grout and now my floors look absolutely amazing!! I wish I had taken before and after photos. James has not only taken cared of my personal house but also taken care of my place of work and has always been very quick very honest and has gone beyond to get the job done. Even showed up at my work place, at an inconvenient time and still got the job done with excellent time and craftsmanship. SERIOUSLY look no further!!
