Mel is an exceptional professional. He showed up on short notice and cleaned our carpet to a very high standard. We were very pleased with the work he did and will be recommending him to all our friends and family. On top of all this Mel is personable and friendly. His customer service is top notch. He makes you feel comfortable and explained things very well and in a way they could be understood.
Mels team is absolutely amazing. He is very professional personable tells you exactly what needs to be done. I had some difficult pet stains and some Kool-Aid stains from my children. He got them all out. He is amazing my carpets look brand new I will only use him in the future and however, I just booked him to do, my mom’s carpet and his equipment is like the best out there in the field. It is unreal how powerful it was. He really helped me. Explain things went above and beyond my carpet like I said, looks brand new highly highly recommend him and I went with him because of the reviews and all his five star reviews are correct he’s amazing
