Mel and his wife and absolutely amazing! They are so thorough, they use a black light to ensure they know where all the surety spots are and they are extremely careful around furniture. Mel is very attentive and very direct. There is no hidden charges and he is extremely fair. My wife and I just went thought situation and almost didn’t have the funds to cover their work and Mel immediately empathized with us and offered to work for free to help us out. We used Mel for a move-out cleaning on a home we are selling, and we had a tight turnaround window and wow..., we were so impressed!! Mel seriously got there the SAME day, went above and beyond, and cleaned the carpets amazingly well!
