The St. Charles Family Care Clinic is a clean, welcoming and well appointed medical office. Staff including doctors, PAs, nurses, lab technicians and other members are described as caring, compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, attentive and thorough. Patients note that the staff listen, communicate and take action quickly. Appointments are often seen within a few minutes of the scheduled time and questions are answered. The clinic offers easy close parking and a welcoming office. New patients with multiple autoimmune diseases, heart issues or many pharmacy needs report that primary care providers went over my chart, performed physical, gave referrals to relevant specialists and got medications going with new mail order pharmacy. The professionalism and service are praised by residents of Redmond. While some experiences mention rude, cold or snappy interactions, the overall feedback highlights staff that are friendly, polite and quick to respond to needs. The clinic is highly recommended for its competent patient care.
Nurse Amanda Underwood. Practice better listening and coming up with solutions instead of shutting down everything we say and nearly arguing and nit picking on what we are doing wrong. Listen to the patients suggestions and come up with a solution for the symptoms. I already know everything you tried to educate on. But again you did not listen and did not work toward resolving the symptoms instead told us what we already knew. Rude, cold, snappy, not friendly. Even my 14 year old was not impressed. Will never see her again.
I must share that I’m super impressed with the Medical Doctors, PAs, Nurses, lab technicians and all staff at this clinic. They are very caring, very compassionate, they listen, they take action, they are very communicative and quick to respond to your needs, and all are extremely competent in their respective areas. They never seem like they are trying to hurry up your appointment, they take their time to fully understand all of your needs. The office is very clean, welcoming and well appointed. Parking is easy and close. I highly recommend this entire clinic!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Williams for many years. I've been in good health so normally I see him for an annual wellness visit. I find office staff, medical assistants, and Dr. Williams to be kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. I am usually seen within a few minutes of my appointment time, my questions are answered, and my general health status fully assessed.
