The waiting area is small and can be a little cramped but the cuts are nice and the coupons are great. The reading material for hair cuts is a little dated and they could use more general material for the wait but you won't be disappointed about the cut.

I have been getting my monthly haircut at Great Clips, either at the Springfield Pioneer Center location or the Redmond Oak Tree Lane location for the past 2 years & I have been extremely happy with the results. Due to inability of Great Clips to fully staff this & other locations, getting a haircut lately has been a challenge, this Time it took me several tries to finally secure a spot, showing up at 8:45 a:m to be #3 for the day. My hair stylists name was Nicole, who was very efficient & professional with an easy way about her, making it easy to talk & feel welcome.My haircut turned out great & I will continue using Great Clips.

I like Great clips because it is consistently good no matter where I go. I travel full time so I never go back to the same place very often. Nicole was fantastic! I'm growing out a haircut and the only thing I wish they had was something other than a full haircut charge when you're just getting a trim. That's the only reason I'm not giving it five stars, it's not the location, it's just Great Clips in general.?
