Gores has been managing our extensive exterior rehab project (roof, siding, windows, gutters, and paint) for our South Beaverton condominium community since January 2026. I am a homeowner and current board member at Orchard Glen Condominiums in Beaverton, and Gores Construction has done an excellent job here.
Our community had real problems: cracked siding on multiple buildings, leaking roofs that led to moisture damage and organic growth, failed window seals, and front doors that did not meet current code. The board did not take this on lightly. We hired two independent building consultants, and both reports identified the same issues. Those reports let us solicit bids from contractors capable of a project this size. We then brought the full scope to the community for a vote, and it passed well above the threshold our bylaws require.
