I'm the President of a 30 unit condominium in downtown Lake Oswego and we recently contracted with Gores Construction to resolve some serious and long standing building envelope water intrusion problems. We did a competitive three bidder process with one firm declining to bid and the other coming in significantly higher than Gores. I wish I could give Gores 10 stars. I am the president of an HOA community in Lake Oswego. Our buildings had extensive dry rot, mold and moisture from years of neglect and improper installation of the roofs, windows and siding.Gores has come to the rescue to our community. In every step of the process from the initial invasive inspection, the competitive bidding process, the HOA meeting in which Gores team attending, to the communication to owners about on site construction and the quality of craftsmanship has all been amazing.We chose the right contractor. I have used Gores for water intrusion and restorations for the most complicated projects. They are wonderful from beginning to end including consultation, bidding, administering to the work and any additional services required for working with your insurance company. I've worked in construction for 35 years and there are none better.
