I had the most wonderful experience yesterday. My heating system stopped heating last night around 6 pm. After trying a few things, I called Metal Masters around 8:00 PM. They called back and dispatched a tech around 9:00 PM. It was fixed by 9:30 PM. Justin was professional and kind, and absolutely fantastic! We’ve used Metal Masters for years and have been very happy with their service. From reception to the technician who came out, everyone was friendly and helpful. David, who did a maintenance check on the furnace, was on time and very friendly. He answered any questions I had and was very informative. And he actually informed me of a leak in our water heater and helped take pictures to send to the plumber!Service: HVAC system maintenance

We had our gas heater and AC replaced in Nov 2021 and it's been working very well! Metal Masters were great at communication through the process, answered all our questions, and every employee was super attentive to ensure they were hearing us. The employees were considerate when doing the installation. I look forward to many years of use from this HVAC system, and would definitely call Metal Masters again for repair or replacement when it's eventually needed.
