Our clinic was heavily damaged from a frozen pipe flood during the January, 2024 ice storm. BnK Construction stepped in to save the day. Rick helped us get the project planned and organized. It was quite complicated, because in order to keep the clinic operating during this difficult time, the work had to be done in three distinct phases, essentially going demolition through finish in one-third of the clinic, then, when that was done, doing demolition through finish on another third of the clinic ,and so on. Lang, the supervisor, was crucial in coordinating the different sub-contractors and making sure things moved along smoothly. No project is ever free from unforeseen circumstances and complications, and it takes a calm and steady hand to navigate through those with minimal disruptions and negative effects. Between the work of Rick and Lang, we were able to avoid most of those troubles, and now, with the third phase complete, our clinic is not just good as new, but considerably better than it was originally.
