Rick and Nick worked tirelessly on my house after a pipe break from the recent freeze, and I was blown away by the quality of service. They were super thoughtful and took the time to explain everything well and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They genuinely made a stressful situation LESS stressful, and set a high benchmark for how thorough they were throughout the whole process. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I do I know that I’m in good hands.

Hello--this isn't an inquiry but rather a shout out to the team of guys that came and worked on my basement today---Justin, Finn and Cory did a great job---got things torn apart quickly--cleaned up any mess that might have been made and did it all in quick time---and with a great attitude. A big thanks to them as we move on to the restoration part of this project----I believe that it needs to be said when people do a great job--all to often people only speak out when there is a negative-----Kudos to Justin, Finn and Cory--and thanks to Servplus---look forward to getting this project completed--Greg H

Burst pipes in my home meant the need to quickly find an available water mitagation company. I lucked out that ServPlus had a cancellation and was able to get to my home earlier than all the other companies I had previously called. I typically like to use referrals or reviews when identifying companies to come to my house for work but, in the case of massive flooding in the Portland area and companies being swamped with requests, it was a take what you can get situation in order to get my home taken care of.
