I highly recommend using Windows Only on your next installation. The quote process is very easy (you can measure yourself and specify what you want OR have someone speak with you), and out of the three quotes I got they were the most reasonable. The itemized list of cost was very transparent - so you knew what you were getting into.
The installers did a great job, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We had the original windows on our home and they had done some weird things to shortcut installation. The installers used extra pieces of siding we had laying around to make sure everything was installed correctly.
I got quotes from 3 companies to replace 5 windows in my 1926 home. Not only was Windows Only the most reasonable, they’re the only ones who sent an itemized list before I even had to ask. Other companies had to come out in person and then they just came up with a number for the price. I asked for an itemized list and it was “_ for windows, _ for labor”. The other company also said they were going to have to cut into the concrete to replace a basement window, the installer from Windows Only said that was completely unnecessary and was actually a very easy install! We have a townhouse built on a ravine from 1972 with original single- pane builder grade floor to ceiling windows. (Way overdue for replacement. ) Got 3 estimates and hands-down Windows Only was the best. Our salesperson Rod was great to work with. He explained all the options, was patient with his time and our decision making. We visited the Milgard showroom and found it really helpful to visualize our choices.
