Recently had a window replaced and was very happy with the quick response time. The window did have to be ordered bit was only 2-3 weeks wait. The install was quick and very professional. Good communication and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again.Service: General window replacement
This is a followup review amending my previous negative review of this business. I am giving this firm a new 5 star rating based on the owner's voluntarily taking remedial action to resolve my customer complaint of service provided on December 1. The followup service performed today was prompt, courteous and professional leaving behind a clean worksite and a like new repair. I appreciate the owner's response in making things right with a customer in a way that demonstrates honesty and integrity. Randy S.
