She is direct, honest and compassionate, listens to everything you tell her about your fur baby, recommends what's best and doesn't push anything. She takes the time to explain and again...listens, which is a rare quality those days as most people just hear. If you need a great Neurosurgeon for your pet, she is the one to go. I can't praise her and thank her enough for the kindness and care she showed my furry kid and me when needed. She also takes time to call back for updates and takes the time to again, listen and clear all questions. Her visit review notes are clear and detailed making it easy for moms as me to follow. “Our 15 y/o cat was terminally ill and had to be put down. I didn’t want his long time Vet/staff who’d developed a relationship with him to have to do it so a friend recommended Oswego Vet. Dr. Naomi and her assistant were so respectful and kind and came to our home to make it less stressful for all of us. The treatment was humane and gentle.A few days later, Dr. Naomi sent a handwritten sympathy card with his (ink) paw prints. And then they sent separate card to say that a tree had been donated in his honor to the Arbor Day foundation. I’m so moved and grateful and can’t say enough good things about this practice. They made a horrible decision more bearable. I’m so pleased that there’s a little tree out there with GIR’s name on it??“

“I love the Fear Free approach as Huggy Bear has anxiety and our former vet only did drop-offs on short notice. By the end of it all, he was the most calm I've ever seen him at a vet. The atmosphere was also very warm, professional, spacious and inviting from my perspective as well. Not to mention he recently got loose while I was at work and was wrangled by Drea, who works at RCVH. I never felt rushed and they made sure all of my concerns were addressed. “Exceptional front desk team and, overall, great energy in-office! I came here to establish care for a new pup and was helped by a kind receptionist (her name is lost on me at the moment; I think her name was Marissa but don't quote me on that). She was very kind and handed me an easy to fill-out laminated form with a sharpie (a reusable, environmentally friendly touch that I, personally, found meaningful). The form was one-page and only had apt questions pertaining to establishing new pet client status. The in-office vibes were also great with other pet parents walking in and out with smiles. “Great vet, they do have floating vets who work there so it seems like most of the time I get someone different but every vet I've had there so far has been fantastic and really is passionate about what they do. They are so gentle with my dog and I always get my questions answered. They also removed a mast cell tumor on my dog and did a fantastic job.“
