We meet Dr. Bilderback last week and I can say it was one of the best experiences I had in a long time. She is direct, honest and compassionate, listens to everything you tell her about your fur baby, recommends what's best and doesn't push anything. She takes the time to explain and again...listens, which is a rare quality those days as most people just hear. If you need a great Neurosurgeon for your pet, she is the one to go. I can't praise her and thank her enough for the kindness and care she showed my furry kid and me when needed. I am very appreciative of all the care from this 24 hour hospital. The entire staff was professional and caring. We rushed our sick kitty in for a 24 hour IV and it seemed that she received very good care. While it was ultimately her time to go, the work that the vet and staff did enabled us to take her home so she could be with us for her last few days instead of having to let her go after her hospital stay. These moments were very valuable to us and I'm really thankful for all of their care, even when they were slammed with other other patients.

Last year, a DUI driver ran a red light and crashed into my wife and my puppies. Neurology department helped save my puppy Seashell. They have took the best care of her and helped her recover. We are forever grateful to them, they were so kind and did such a great job.
