“Louise is incredible. She made the last 90 mins of 17 1/2 year old dearly loved cat Murray, truly memorable. She gently shared how the process works and shared the experience alongside our family. Best part, she came armed with cat treats and blankets that made Murray comfortable. He happily devoured her treats even in his late stage cancer condition.
