“I can’t say enough good things. If I ask Penny if she wants to go play with friends she starts jumping and doing zoomies. All the staff are wonderful and kind. They always send me cute pics from the play yard. Tammy, the owner, is Penny’s favorite person there, and Penny gets sooooo excited to see her. Penny has also boarded here and the staff is so careful to only give Penny the special food I bring because of her IBS. I’ve even met and made plans with other dog parents so Penny and their dog are sure to play on the same day.“

“Kirah has been great, helping our high-anxiety dog adjust. We've been doing the at-home regular dog training sessions, and she's been both very accommodating and very insightful about his behaviors.“

“Over 17 years, the Rose City crew took care of our loved cat. There was a time after moving to the west side that we went to other places, but never felt we got the same level of care that Rose City gave him. So, we started making the drive back to the east side, and so glad we did.

All the way to assessing his Quality of Life at the end, they treated him and us with dignity, the utmost care, and best intentions for his well-being. It was difficult to find a good location, fair pricing and someone trustworthy to take care of our pup when we were out of town. Finally we came across Holly’s website and were immediately intrigued. “I’ve been taking my Samoyed here for years, Myra is great and super nice , and I always request only she sees Cosmo. But there is another girl at this location that NEVER smiles and always looks angry, with awful attitude. I’ve been at this location many many times and each time I smile at her and say hi and she just looks at me angrily. This is such an awful look for this business , and I’m actually afraid of her touching Cosmo. Very rude and unnecessary attitude. I’m only giving a 4 star because of Myra, the other girl would get less than 0.“

“I have been taking in stray cats since 2022, and have brought them all to halsey east. Dr Vockert and Dr Vidos are great. Very affordable for veterinary care, whether it's surgery, prescription, or just checkups. I have actually found that getting prescriptions here is cheaper than online, which is very convenient. They have a great team that is clearly very passionate about their work. I would not go to any other clinic.“

“I'm a first time customer. Arrived at Michelle's home and found the bird rooms and cages very clean. She has separate rooms for small and large birds so I felt very safe leaving my little guy there. When I picked him up 2 weeks later he was happy and healthy. Michelle is very nice and she obviously loves parrots. I'd highly recommend trusting her with boarding your bird and the rates were very reasonable.“
