I have nothing but love and gratitude for the team and quality of care at Pounce Play and Stay! Windy, Lexi and Jaidan have my implicit trust with my cat, Murphy. Their competence, care, and attention to detail put me at ease every time I have boarded him. I have boarded Murph at several places in different cities we've lived in, and Pounce Play and Stay is next level. I recommend them without hesitation. Look no further!
Our kitty LOVES this place so much (and so do we!). We’ve been bringing him here for around 5-6 years now, and can’t say enough good things about Pounce.
The staff here treat our kitty like their own, and show him so much love during his stays - it’s such a relief to know that he’s well taken care of when we go out of town, getting lots of cuddles and attention. We also love knowing that he will always have a blast making new friends and playing with other kitties the entire time - he always comes home tuckered out from his vacations here.
The daily text & photo updates are also incredible! We really love the staff and this business, and feel so lucky to have… read full review
Pounce has been nothing short of excellent with our cat, Noodle. Our cat has medical needs that Pounce has accommodated smoothly and makes me at ease. They’re easy to book with, great price given all of the work they do, and I’m never concerned about leaving my cat with them for extended periods of time. I love that they text me updates of my girl, who is always looking like she’s having a great time. I cannot recommend them enough.
