Our young dog loves it here. He is always worn out when he comes home and seems to enjoy all the activities and other dogs. As pet parents, we love to see updates on instagram, as well as all the add ons they offer. We have used them for daycare and boarding and appreciate the attention to detail they provide while boarding. They texted us a picture of our dog while boarding that his muzzle was a little pinker then normal, not a big deal at all and I appreciated their communication. We also love that someone spends the night with them. It’s well priced, it can be hard to get a same day reservation because of its popularity, so plan to book at least a day in advance....read full review
Kirah has been great, helping our high-anxiety dog adjust. We've been doing the at-home regular dog training sessions, and she's been both very accommodating and very insightful about his behaviors.
I have a leash reactive dog and I've struggled in the past with getting him the proper training he deserves to be happy on his walks. Instinct matched us with the perfect trainer (Kirah is the best!) who has first-hand experience with anxious dogs and gives us all the tools we need to be successful. I also appreciate the follow-up you get after the classes are over, there are always resources for you to go back to and the facility is super responsive to questions. Highly recommend!
