Ron or someone from his office can usually make it out within one day to take care of whatever problem I have. He’s upfront and honest and let me know if it’s something he can do or out of his expertise. I appreciate his honesty and I have used him for over 10 years. I like that he tries to troubleshoot over the phone just in case it’s something simple.

I called 2 different companies before I called Ron Thompson Plumbing LLC. and 1 more after. The first company I called a company out of Vancouver, S...N Plumbing, before the plumber looked at the leaks, and I had 2 of them. First thing he told me I needed a new water heater. In stead of fixing the leaks, the plumber told me I needed to replace all the piping system total was approximately $9000. He wanted to get started right away and stated that there was no need to get another estimate.The second company out of Aurora, R..h wanted $2000 for the first leak and had to get back to me on the second leak. Ron Thompson is great. My first experience with him was about 1 year ago when I was dealing with an outside water problem. Ron helped me diagnose the issue over the phone to avoid having a service call and helped me determine my issue wasn't plumbing at all (ground water).Fast forward a year later and we had an upstairs water leak into downstairs bathroom. Ron and his associate David came out the next day to assess the issue and provided a rough estimate. He came out a day later, as promised, to confirm the problem - no charge!
