During my career, I’ve overseen the care of multiple septic systems and dealt with many installations and repairs of those systems. I have dealt with several companies, some better than others. Eli and Ron were consummate professionals. Very knowledgeable, explaining every detail, easy to talk to; they made rather unpleasant work look easy. Thanks for a great job!
Scout Septic came out and pumped the tank and replaced the broken pump & float. Eli was super friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through everything they did. I will definitely use their services again next time, they’re honest and communicative. Thank you!
I called due to issues with the septic system on a house we recently purchased. Eli came out the next day and provided us with a great deal of information about our system and options for repair.
