The Pacwest team built our dream (retirement) home and I can't even begin to articulate how much we enjoyed our building experience with them. They know what they're doing, their people are the greatest, their subs are phenomenal, the workmanship is of the highest quality, their communication and follow up is second to none, they are highly professional, and to top it off they're just darn good people! If we were to build another home we wouldn't even consider another builder! If you're looking to build a high quality home (on time and on budget) do yourself a favor and go meet Jim, Kristy, Tye, Spencer and the rest of the crew!

The Chile rellenos were excellent. Open late, great prices, super fast food. Salsa is good, but I wish they would have bigger containers to put it in.

About 10 years ago we came to Bend looking to build a new home. My meeting Jim Yozamp, owner of Pac West Builders, proved to be the beginning of a great experience. Each process from design to completion went as promised. The house was expected to be done by Thanksgiving of 2009, and we moved in the day after Thanksgiving. Their follow up to detail and pick up issues over the the years has been outstanding. If I were to build a new home I would not hesitate to hire Jim once again.
