Custom home designed by Spencer Williams of Pacwest and built by Pacwest. On time and on budget. Positive experience, designer and builder were creative and open and receptive to discussion, ideas, concepts. Subs were pleasant and positive to work with. High marks to Project Manager Tye Farnsworth.

The Pacwest team built our dream (retirement) home and I can't even begin to articulate how much we enjoyed our building experience with them. They know what they're doing, their people are the greatest, their subs are phenomenal, the workmanship is of the highest quality, their communication and follow up is second to none, they are highly professional, and to top it off they're just darn good people! If we were to build another home we wouldn't even consider another builder! If you're looking to build a high quality home (on time and on budget) do yourself a favor and go meet Jim, Kristy, Tye, Spencer and the rest of the crew!

The Chile rellenos were excellent. Open late, great prices, super fast food. Salsa is good, but I wish they would have bigger containers to put it in.
