We could not be happier with the build of our forever home. We chose Pac West because of their attention to detail and their honesty and integrity. Steve Vansant worked with us in the design our home to have exactly what we dreamed of. Jim Yozamp, the owner worked with us directly from our first phone call to inquire about contracting with them. The Pacwest team built our dream (retirement) home and I can't even begin to articulate how much we enjoyed our building experience with them. They know what they're doing, their people are the greatest, their subs are phenomenal, the workmanship is of the highest quality, their communication and follow up is second to none, they are highly professional, and to top it off they're just darn good people! If we were to build another home we wouldn't even consider another builder! If you're looking to build a high quality home (on time and on budget) do yourself a favor and go meet Jim, Kristy, Tye, Spencer and the rest of the crew!
