I have been going to Erica for a few years now, for a mens Brazilian wax. Erica never stops trying new waxes that are even gentler and softer on the skin than the last. One big thing for me was the technician being comfortable with a man. I have felt embarrassed by other companies being very uncomfortable with waxing a guy. But Erica and I get along great, fun conversations and she is perfectly fine with working on a guy. For me that's the biggest thing. I dont want to feel yucky or whatever, but Erica i feel perfectly like myself.

Billy is amazing. Stylist and colour expert. I am usually never happy when I exit a salon. This is the first time in my life I was happy with my highlights and cut. The ambiance and friendliness in this salon is amazing. Even while sitting and getting an excellent pedicure I have the opportunity to watch Billy work his magic on anyone who sits in his chair. Billy is extremely talented and seems to know just what looks good on anyone he styles. I waited 7yrs to find someone like Billy. He was worth the wait.

I have been a client for some years now. I personally don’t like to make appointments in advance, and I like that Hannah provides both options. You can book ahead or call the same day, and she will do her best to get you in.
I really value a good manicure. Some salons may do a good job with the painting part but barely touch the cuticles. I can only comment on Hannah and Mila, but I assume Hannah expects the same quality work from all her staff.
The business is growing because the work is good, and Hannah is personable and flexible. She has added a worker to accommodate the growth. If you are picky, like me, you will be impressed. If you ask her to change the length, etc., she does what you want. Even though she’s the boss, when you come to her, you feel like you’re the boss.

My experience has been nothing but fantastic with oasis! I came in for a free 15 minute consultation for electrolysis a few weeks back. Michelle took the time to explain the process of electrolysis and was able to answer any questions I had regarding my treatment. She was even kind enough to offer a patch test so I could tell how my skin would react. I visited Dr. Radin for a precancerous skin cancer examination. Unlike other dermatologists that I have visited, Dr. Radin took time to examin my face, scalp and back. Other dermatologists seemed annoyed when asked to look at more than one concerned area. Dr. Radin, himself, sprayed liquid nitrogen on suspect areas not an assistant! As a Fisherman who's in the sun a lot, I take my visits to the dermatologist very seriously and appreciate Dr. Radin's thoroughness!

I have struggled with mental health challenges for over a decade and have tried countless therapies, medications, and different approaches. Completely random encounter! A teammate and I met Dr. Murgic at a soccer tournament, and he noticed that we had some discomfort. He spent no more than 10 minutes with the both of us, and not only did he ease the pain (took us through a few exercises to see what muscles are weak), but he gave us exercises to do to help us with the pain we were feeling. Very simple and straightforward. We appreciated the time he gave us because he was there watching with his son, and didn’t have to help us. We are grateful for meeting Dr. Murgic and will definitely visit the care center in the future!

Genuinely the best massage therapist I have had (out of over 10 therapists tried)! I’m from Guelph and come down to Windsor to visit my boyfriend, and every time I do I get my massages here. The deep tissue is my recommendation as someone with chronic back and shoulder pain. Love the ultrasonic facial add on as well!

I was looking for someone that understood the mechanics of weight lifting and the impact it has on the body in order to pinpoint exactly the areas in need of release. He not only knew exactly what I needed but also explained in detail the whys. Highly recommend!

Ratna Adepu, the Physiotherapist who has been treating me, has over 30 years of experience and knows what she is doing. I know that she knows my body and it’s ailments better than I do. I could actually see and feel the improvements over time.
I have been to many massage therapists. But Michelle at Beacon Physiotherapy is the very best. She treats you with courtesy and you do actually feel real improvements over time. Spencer, Prapti, Anil, Hannah, Cynthia are all very friendly and professional in all respects. They always treat you with courtesy, a friendliness that is genuine, and with an infectious smile and warmth that are hard to find in most places. Overall, Beacon Physiotherapy merits 11 on a scale of 1-10, if that is possible.
