After dealing with the beast that is PCOS facial hair, I’ve started my electrolysis journey. Erika has been incredibly compassionate and attentive while executing quick and quality work. All my questions were answered in detail and she ensured I was comfortable, even through the uncomfortable parts of process. Best spa experience I've ever had. I got a body massage and Erika was extremely attentive to my comfort. I almost fell asleep, but refused to miss out on a second of that massage. Erika's hands definitely are enchanted, back knots seem to melt away while she's working on you. I also got a facial, and I've never seen my skin so smooth afterwards. My nose was covered with tiny blocked pores beforehand, and it was noticable with makeup on. About a week after my treatment, I applied foundation to mt face and was shocked. My nose was so smooth that it almost looked like I was made of plastic, in the absolute best way possible. I couldn't recommend Erika enough. She's a master of her craft.
