“So as I'm not a roofer, I found the work team to be very informative. If a piece of plywood had to be replaced they brought me out and showed me why and didnt just go ahead and do it. I was never told what i should do. I wasn't forced into buying anything i didnt want or need and no one tried to upsell me. That's a big thing for me.
I had two roofs replaced (house, garage is half the size of my house, so big), so for me I thought the price was very reasonable.
As with every contractor that you get to repair anything on your house was there a couple minor things that need to be fixed, yes ( example I have an antenna on my roof that needed a bit more calking, not a big deal), it was addressed and fixed. Unfortunately, I didn't take any before and after pictures. I believe the contractor has pictures.“
