“Yesterday I went in and bought a harness for my puppy. I got it home and it didn’t fit right so I went back in with him. He was just fully vaccinated last week so it was a big day for him. He was very nervous to go in but with in 15 mins, I could see his confidence grow. Anthony and Amber were amazing help with making him feel comfortable. They were so helpful and kind. We walked up and down the isles and with 30 mins I could see so much change. They also helped with some tips and tricks. Thank you to you both for the amazing experience. “I brought Evie to the PetSmart in Ajax for her first grooming session!! she was understandably quite anxious.Alyssa greeted us warmly at the entrance and immediately put Evie at ease. Alyssa provided exceptional care, ensuring that Evie felt comfortable throughout the process. I was very happy with the results —Evie left smelling of blueberries super clean , with clean paws, trimmed nails, and well-cared-for ears. I would highly recommend Alyssa she really does an amazing job and you can tell really cares for the animals.“

“We have been taking our dog Sammy for training with Maya at the Pickering store. He has completed the Beginner and Intermediate classes. We are so glad that we signed up for this training. We are first-time dog owners and really have benefitted from these classes. Maya does a fantastic job with the dogs and owners! Our two biggest issues - improving his recall and having him learn to walk on a loose leash - have been addressed and it is so much easier to walk him now! She gives you lots of tips and patiently answers all of your questions. We are signed up for the Advanced class with Maya starting later this year. We highly recommend these very reasonably priced classes, especially if Maya is the trainer!“
