I absolutely love the doggy daycare staff. They are such friendly and helpful people. Yesterday I was struggling to control my dog and I was met half way to the back of store. At pickup I was assisted to my car.
I have a herniated disc and had aggravated the back again.
Fred always has a great time and I know he is well cared for.

Went in a few minutes ago with my daughter and was looking for a specific product and came across Niveya (,I hope i didn't botch the spelling lol ) and she went above and beyond to help us. After a few minutes of searching she was unable to find the product so we decided to grab something else about 5 minutes later she came back and she said she found it, she went out of her way to continue looking after our initial conversation. Absolutely amazing customer service! Shout out to Niveya !
Have been coming to this pet smart for many years. The staff is nice and there is a variety of pet supplies , but the budgies here along with some of the other birds aren’t taken well care of. I noticed their food bowl was empty and their water was just full of poop and millet. Specifically the blue budgies that are displayed on the bottom area which is hard to notice so customers won’t all see the poor conditions. I hope who ever is in charge of maintaining the small pets gets their act together…
