“The time had come to replace our 16 year old boiler. Mike had brought to our attention that the installation of our old boiler had been done incorrectly. Our old boiler never gave us the heat we demanded, especially in cold weather. There was always a residual smell of gas, that was not leaking from the valves. I told Mike that I didn’t wish to buy an American made boiler. Mike immediately went to work, researching an excellent Canadian made alternative. So, on Valentine’s Day, after a tireless precision installation done by Mike and Rahim, we welcomed our NTI Boiler. It fired up, and the rads in our house immediately warmed up. It was a miracle. Even in the coldest weather, our house is finally warm. Mike noticed that the exterior exhaust vent of our water heater was directed towards our boiler air intake. His team member Rahim came the next working day to replace the venting. We are so grateful to Mike, Rahim and Gwen for their excellent, caring service from start to finish.
