I like the YMCA quite abit I try to get there at least 4 mornings per week.. I think all the staff is pretty cool and informative.. awww. Well once a month I like to bring in timbits for the staff ... Markus is a informative staff member.. along with the rest of the team . Always smiles on all of the staff.. I've been consistent for about 4 months now.. doing car drawings I do enjoy also.. I'll upload a few here .
I come down from Hamilton every other weekend and use this facility (fitness floor) and it's absolutely amazing every time. Machines are in great shape, variety of machines is stellar; hack squat, glute bridge, seperate adduction and abduction machines, preacher machine, and all the cable attachments in the book. I wish this was my main YMCA because this place is the best location I've ever been to. Highly recommend for anyone interested in weight training.
The reason I'm giving the 5 star is I love the new hip thrust machine, it was definitely needed and you got it so that's great I tried it and it was amazing my back cracked and after I felt like a new man
