Brad did a great job from start to finish. We installed an Ella’s Bubbles walk in tub and removed our existing bathtub. Brad was able to save our existing tile that was still in great shape. We did encounter a problem as the tub didn’t fill up as quick as advertised. So Brad went the extra mile and installed two dedicated 3/4” lines directly to the tub. This improved the flow but didn’t totally solve the issue. Brad suggested the problem could be in our water softener which was 10 years old and showing signs of clogging. When we bypassed the softener by closing off the valve, we discovered that was the culprit. After we installed a new water softener the water flow maxed out and we were able to fill the tub in 7-8 minutes as advertised by Ella’s. We would therefore like to thank Brad for his diligence in following this issue through to the end. He provided us with not only professional workmanship, but with friendly and helpful advice through the whole process.

Preparing to downsize and needed a quick estimate on a whole house interior repaint. I received a very prompt and reasonable price quote, and, a start date that matched my schedule perfectly. The experience only got better when Matty showed up and began the job, working around me and my dog with minimal disruption to our daily routine while he worked in the house. We started looking for a new fridge last Saturday. Went to a competitor, then 3 other home depot stores. Due to covic, the inventory was limited. We ended up finding a fridge at home depot in Centennnial Parkway. The lady on staff was great to work with. She ended up finding us one and we got delivery within a few days. All the other stores listed delivery 2 months from the date we started looking. I received 2 emails about the upcoming delivery and two phone calls to remind me and tell me the fridge was on route. then another call 20 minutes before telling me it was on it's way. Then two delivery guys from the islands, ended up taking off the screen door, the back door, and the laundry room door, and finally got the fridge down the stairs and into our laundry room. They were awesome and i ended up giving them a tip. (i think they were from Grenada). 5 thumbs up to the staff at home depot. We love our new fridge.

I contacted Beacon Pest control after being stung by several wasps from one tree in my backyard. I thought I saw where the hive must be and it was really close to the patio so I would not go outside after that. I left a message and Brent called me back shortly after. He made an appt for the next day. He arrived ontime and immediately saw the hives. Within about half and hour of spraying he was able to get the meat and bag it up. After he left a few random wasps were looking for the nest and he had warned about that. As of today( the next morning) I have seen zero and feel now very safe to go in my back yard. The invoice was sent the same day and a good description of the process. I found the fee reasonable under the circumstances as health and peace of
mind are very important. I would not hesitate to call Beacon again if I were bothered by serious pests and am very satisfied with the service.

I walked in as a complete walk-in, seriously considering shaving my head (dry, bad colour, damaged, itchy scalp… the whole situation). When I said that, Anna just looked at me like… why? ?. Shes very honest and upfront.
She didn’t rush me or push anything. She sat me down, let me try on a few toppers, and explained how they work so I could actually understand my options.
In the end, I decided to go short instead and she gave me a cut that completely brought my hair back to life. I honestly wish I had done it sooner. Love it.
What I appreciated most is that she didn’t try to sell me an expensive wig or go along with a drastic decision. She just gave me honest guidance and a great result.

We had a treatment to stop earwigs and ants in our yard from making it into our house. It’s a problem we face year after year and I’m so glad we finally did something about it this summer. It started raining during the treatment so I was worried it wouldn’t be effective but it’s been two weeks and I’ve noticed a huge improvement. Will be using them again next year!
