I went for years to Melissa with my daughter. She is really good with curly hair. She cancelled my appointment without asking me, then she wrote me that she can’t do that time even though her website showed that the time slot was an available. I am very disappointed with the way she treats me. Very unprofessional.Service: Kids' cuts
