I came to see Dr. Keirstyn after suffering from back and neck issues. She is a wonderful, kind and compassionate health care provider. She never rushes and always takes her time to hear me out and to address my issues. I would highly recommend her.

I've recently began chiropractic treatments from Dr. Keirstyn. I'm happy to say I've noticed improvements in my back discomfort very quickly! I appreciate Dr. Keirstyn's holistic and client centered approach and tips for back health. She is very friendly, approachable and skilled and I enjoy our chats during treatment. I plan to continue seeing her regularly for chiropractic care to prevent pain and for my overall wellness. I highly recommend Dr. Keirstyn and Kinstruct Health!

I came to Kinstruct after a car accident. Dr. Keirstyn has helped me with my shoulder issues. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel much better after my visits. I highly recommend her and this clinic.
