Rockhaven Medical Centre and Pharmacy provides exceptional healthcare services. Dr. Ridha is a great listener and professional doctor who takes the time to understand patients' concerns. Erin offers support and assistance. The clinic has a good reputation for providing the best possible treatment. However, some staff members may need to improve their communication skills and manners.
Dr. Rhida is incredible and truly cares about his patients!Tip: Call right at 9:00 AM to grab a spot, and keep redialing if it's busy. They fill up fast!
Erin is also fantastic with scheduling. She helped me book a double slot (30 mins) for two separate issues. It’s so important to book properly so other patients aren't kept waiting.

I went to see James for low back pain that kept flaring up on and off for quite a while. I workout regularly and was getting frustrated because it kept coming back no matter what I did.
What I liked was that he actually took time to figure out what was bothering it instead of just jumping straight into treatment. He explained things in a way that made sense and gave me a better idea of what was probably aggravating it.
