Met Minda at Altea Toronto yesterday, and gave me a tour of the club, even though I was in a hurry. Not one to leave a review but he made my day, loved my experience!

Very spacious gym with a variety of equipment. Ownership is pretty responsive to feedback - they have updated the old locks in the change room that were a pain point, removed booking requirement for the sauna, cleaning has improved since I first joined. They provide regular updates via email which is great. Members in the gym are very friendly overall.
Workout mats could use some replacing - most are falling apart, not the most hygienic material considered the high volume of use. Windows could use curtains for peak sun times. Also the stretching area could use some rearranging (suggest moving the fake plants and the weird chairs so they aren’t facing where...read full review

I had a fantastic experience at Altea for years!The cleaning lady JOSEFINA is incredibly attentive and kept the spa’s facilities spotless.
Every corner from the changing rooms to the showers and steam is immaculate every day.
She makes peaceful, fresh, and sanitized environment every day for us in the lady’s changing rooms at Altea.
Josefina is a very hard worker and kind and generous and is a joy to see her every day.
