45 St Clair Ave W Suite#102, Toronto“Originally started coming to this location about 3 years ago. I work a physically intensive job and injured my back 2 days before I was supposed to go on a 5 hour flight for a friends wedding. I ended up getting treatment from Alena A. and the flight was a breeze. Prior to that point I had never gotten a massage but now I go roughly once a month or whenever I feel my back getting tight. It’s almost like a monthly reset. Since I started going regularly I haven’t had to take any time off work for injuries which is amazing in itself. Really well run place with a great location!“

489 College St Unit 206, Toronto“I have been a client at Toronto Community Massage and Wellness since 2024.
Over the past year, I have been working with massage therapist Cynthia Castro Acosta and acupuncturist Saima Butt. Both of these practitioners are incredibly professional and knowledgeable in the work that they do. In addition to being technically skilled, they are communicative, caring, and emotionally intelligent. My experiences have been nothing but positive.
With Cynthia, I have received both focussed and full-body work to reduce tension, release fascia, and promote relaxation. Cynthia seems to have a way of locating tension that I didn’t even realise I carried! I leave our sessions feeling calm, relaxed, and at ease. She is so amazing at what she does and during the time I have gotten to know her, I can see that Cynthia is truly a gem of a human who genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing.
With Saima, I have received acupuncture, cupping, moxibuston, and other TCM services to help ease chronic pain, restore balance, alleviate fatigue, and support my overall wellness. Saima is a great communicator and their gentle approach puts me at ease, which is important when there are needles involved. I also appreciate how generous Saima is with knowledge- and resource-sharing to ensure that I continue to stay well both after and in-between our appointments. I truly feel cared for in a holistic sense.
Beyond the individual practitioners, the clinic itself is a welcoming, clean, and calming space. The chill vibe and thriving plants make it feel like a quiet little sanctuary in the middle of the city. The owner Tuan is friendly, approachable, and kind. I regularly see him around with his sweet dog and he always takes the time to stop and say hello, which I appreciate.
I am grateful for the services that TCMW provides to the community, and especially that they are TLGBQ+ affirming, offering specialized post-op care. It’s been amazing to see the clinic’s growth and development over the past couple years and I am honoured to be part of their clientele. I am so happy to have found a community-oriented clinic where I feel safe, respected, and well-cared for. Thank you!“

1577 Danforth Ave Unit 4, Toronto“Went to clinic for relief of neck pain, specifically sharp turning pain at bedtime.
After 1st session and 1 week of home exercise the treatment plan Brent taught me appears to have worked as the sharp pain has ceased. Excellent job.
Brent walked me through each exercise, took video of each and he did not talk down to me as I flubbed the training. Very professional.
I recommend this clinic and Brent and would not hesitate booking another few sessions as needed.“

209 Dunn Ave, Toronto“The massage was great. Nicki was very welcoming and professional, she was also really clear about how it's going to work going into it and considerate to what you want out of a massage. She's good at the balance of being gentle and firm when needed. I was semi-asleep at the end, which is a good thing. really relaxing, would recommend!“

Sadhika is professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled in her work. Her massage techniques and physiotherapy treatments were incredibly effective, and she always took the time to understand my concerns and target the problem areas.

1971 Queen St E #106, Toronto“Rolled over the wrong way while sleeping and I suddenly had a terrible case of vertigo. I suffered with it for a day before realizing I needed a physiotherapist who could handle vestibular issues. Tom Bennett at Athlete’s Care diagnosed horizontal BPPV (benign positional paroxysmal vertigo) and treated it the first session. We did another session to make sure it was gone but Tom got it right the first time. Such relief. Tom’s a quiet professional who’s calm demeanour was exactly what was called for. Very happy that I don’t feel hideously dizzy anymore. Thanks Tom.“

116 Dundas St W, Toronto“Interesting place! Friendly front staff. But the English is minimal for many staff there so communication is near impossible. I had my feet in the water soaking and a guy ripped it away not knowing my feet were in it. I asked my reflexologist to back off the pressure but she didn’t understand. Just things to know. My son had a massage and loved it. Try it out and see - best advice I can give!“
9AM - 6:30PM
2 Carlton St. Suite 708, Toronto“I was very appreciative of my treatment by Aik Kim who took great care to delve into my somewhat complex history to manage my musculoskeletal issues.
I felt my exam was comprehensive, professional and assessment of my issues
very well considered.
I received acupuncture treatment that was very effective and done soundly with minimal discomfort.
I dislike acupuncture so this is high praise!
I am feeling remarkably better this morning as I tend to this receiw.
I will return for more treatment as needs be.
As an addendum to this review I am transferring my care to this clinic as my long term holistic Chinese practitioner passed away several months ago.
David Bray was my Chinese herbal and acupuncture specialist for years. It was a shocking loss of an expert, talented practitioner.
I found out this clinic from word of mouth from other patients of mine who trusted this clinic to continue the work that David did.

“Dr. Andrew Young at this Step Up location is an excellent chiropractor. He takes the time to truly understand the pain points and makes sure the right muscles and areas are targeted during treatment. He is calm, composed, and very easy to talk to, which makes the entire experience comfortable and reassuring.
I had chronic lower back pain for the last 4.5 years, and his treatment helped me release that pain in just a few sessions. He understood my requirements extremely well and tailored the treatment accordingly. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Young to anyone dealing with long-term muscular/joint pain.“
