He was great at explaining the affected muscles and how the prescribed exercises would stretch and strengthen to solve the issue. I wasn't pushed or upsold to book unneeded sessions, and the PhysiApp is a great reference tool to review videos on how to do my exercises at home.“

She is calm, direct, and to the point, and has helped a great deal with relieving and managing my IT band syndrome leading up to my first half marathon race. I would highly recommend her and Triangle therapy for runners looking to prevent injury!“
“I am so thankful for Cornerstone Physiotherapy. This clinic has had a positive reputation in Toronto for 16 years now and they are the physiotherapy clinic I visit whenever I am in need. They continue to amaze me with the way they treat their clients. I recently saw physiotherapist Steven Khuu in the Downtown office. I was so grateful to be able to book in immediately for a consultation and I felt very confident with his guidance in helping me with my hip, groin, hamstring pain. I am a professional dancer and athlete, and it has been so beneficial to have Steven’s help in maintaining and keeping my body healthy. Cornerstone Physiotherapy is a professional, kind, helpful and more than 5 star rating clinic. THANK YOU for the best experience!“
“I came to village rehab with an injured elbow and saw Lesley. She was able to identify my issue right away. The treatments were great and she gave me exercises to improve it. She told me after 5-6 treatments I’d be back to 100% and she was right! A few months later and my injury has gone away. Very thankful!“

Have been seeing Paula for pelvic floor physiotherapy sessions throughout my pregnancy and to prep for labour. She is the most knowledgable, compassionate, kind and effective physios I have been to (and I've been to a lot!). Can't thank her enough for all the work she's done to set me up during my pregnancy, and know I'll be in good hands with her and the Toronto Physiotherapy team postpartum too.“
“Diana Abramson is the best massage therapist. I suffer from chronic pain to Sciatica and Diana's does her magic to get me moving again. We moved houses, and are now 45 minutes drive away. But I still come to Yellow Gazebo for massage therapy with Diana. She does hot stone therapy which is amazing. Also, she is available on weekends and early hours which helps me with my work schedule.“
“Superb people. Warm, friendly and kind. Michael and Cheria are exceptional professionals. Our whole family enjoys the practise. Thanks for being so close and great at what you do.“

56 Queens Wharf Rd, Toronto“Shuran was amazing! I went to see her for a 45 minute targeted massage after a few weeks of dull, constant back pain. To address the pain, she spent time on my neck, shoulders, back and glutes. Even after the one treatment I felt better and she provided me with some “homework”, being stretches to do at home. Shuran was super kind and welcoming and the environment was so cozy and relaxing. It was a very positive & peaceful experience! Thank you!“

I have been seeing Dr. Robert Lawand and he was very understanding of my injury and struggle. The highlight of my experience was that Rob was very delicate and respectful with my injury and make sure I was comfortable with all motions before we tried new things! He also considered my input when creating a plan for returning to sport.Overall! Would recommend“

Initially, I had a minor issue with the billing process, but that has been satisfactorily addressed. I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough to anyone in search of a professional and rejuvenating massage experience. Her remarkable skill, combined with her warm and caring demeanor, truly sets her apart as an exceptional therapist. After my session, I left feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated.“

4789 Yonge St Unit# 504, Toronto“I've been to MyoArthro Health for a massage three times now and enjoyed my experiences with Lynn (Yinghua), and have referred people to see her. I appreciate how she listens to my concerns and focuses the massage on what I've told her. I prefer deep tissue massages and find that she uses enough pressure. Every time that I've seen Lynn so far, she's been professional, attentive, and helped me feel better by focusing on the pain/tension I've identified. Thank you Lynn, keep up the great work! Some feedback for the clinic overall is that I noticed today that I was provided with a tip option when I paid, which I would suggest to be removed, since this is a clinical setting for registered massage therapy (RMT). I've never been asked to tip at a clinical office before and do not think this is common practice. If this was my first time at the clinic, this would have turned me off from returning to this clinic. However, overall, I've received excellent service and will return for RMT sessions with Lynn. Hope you will take this feedback into consideration, and thank you.“

She is an amazing clinician who cares deeply about her patients and her pursuit for knowledge. She is truly an expert in the head and neck and everything in between. Every time I see her she has learned something new that has a real time positive impact on my recovery process. I don’t know where I would be without her. I’m so thankful that she is in my life, she is an amazing person and care provider. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me ❤️“
“Had an amazing massage experience at Trilogy Physiotherapy Downtown with Treela. She's incredibly professional and made the whole session super comfortable. Felt really safe and relaxed, thanks to her friendly approach. The staff at the reception were also really welcoming. The whole experience was way better than I expected, and I'm already thinking about my next visit. Plus, I just found out they offer Custom Foot Orthotics services too, definitely going to try that. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality massage therapy.“

My favourite style is Mysore; Breathe has a great Mysore program for beginners and advanced students. Recently the studio moved to a new place which is nice, bright and quiet. You can practice with your yoga fellows and enjoy a cup of tea after. Breathe studio is a dedicated yoga studio with professional teachers and a friendly community. I highly recommend it.“
