The treatments were great and she gave me exercises to improve it. She told me after 5-6 treatments I’d be back to 100% and she was right! A few months later and my injury has gone away. Very thankful!“

I'm glad I did and chose a clinic that has great location in Toronto and a great staff!I noticed after a while that I got some range back that I was not able to reach for a while now. Will definitely come back for more sessions! Thank you so much for the help Dr. Lai!“
“Diana Abramson is the best massage therapist. I suffer from chronic pain to Sciatica and Diana's does her magic to get me moving again. We moved houses, and are now 45 minutes drive away. But I still come to Yellow Gazebo for massage therapy with Diana. She does hot stone therapy which is amazing. Also, she is available on weekends and early hours which helps me with my work schedule.“

“I booked a pediatric physiotherapy assessment at OCR and was very pleased with the experience. Our therapist Diane was extremely thorough and worked well with my 9 year old daughter. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. Should I need any further physio for either of my children, I would definitely return to OCR!“

I have been seeing Dr. Robert Lawand and he was very understanding of my injury and struggle. The highlight of my experience was that Rob was very delicate and respectful with my injury and make sure I was comfortable with all motions before we tried new things! He also considered my input when creating a plan for returning to sport.Overall! Would recommend“
“Over the years, Dr. Cohen has successfully resolved my many issues. Lower back issues, torn rotator cuff, headaches, and neck issues. Recently, I had an issue with my jaw. After several GP visits, the pain was so bad, my GP sent me to the emergency department with a letter. After 11 hours of tests and a CT scan, it was discovered my jaw was badly inflamed. I was given a bottle of pain medication for 5 days with no real resolution. I was at my witts end and contacted my long-trusted chiropractor, Dr. Cohen. After months of no resolution with other medical professionals, he immediately understood the problem and together with his RMT, planned a course of action. It took only 2 sessions with the RMT and only 4 sessions with Adrian Cohen and I am happy to report that I am pain free and can move my jaw freely. From here on in, Adrian Cohen will be my first call when an issue arises. Many thanks!!“
“Dr Mackay is fantastic. Neck issue ongoing for years, finally made progress that I had not seen despite a lot of physio etc.“

Massage therapy really helped during the healing process. I have also used other excellent services offered: Chiropody and shockwave therapy with Katie and Pelvic Floor Health and Physiotherapy with Urvashi. Nice to be greeted enthusiastically at each appointment. I highly recommend Urban Health Group and all the excellent services they offer.“

She is an amazing clinician who cares deeply about her patients and her pursuit for knowledge. She is truly an expert in the head and neck and everything in between. Every time I see her she has learned something new that has a real time positive impact on my recovery process. I don’t know where I would be without her. I’m so thankful that she is in my life, she is an amazing person and care provider. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me ❤️“

263 Davenport Rd, Toronto“Just finished 5 months of training at KX, and can happily say it was the best investment I’ve ever made in my physical health!I trained with Sava. His passion for fitness was so inspiring and he was always so generous in sharing his knowledge and expertise.KX delivers measurable results and I was able to exceed my body composition and strength goals with just a few minor diet tweaks and a quality workout program.Very sadly I had to finish up as I moved overseas, but if I ever moved back to Toronto I would be back in a heart beat! Although I was moving on, Sava gave me so much information, form tips and a program to follow so that I have been able to continue successfully on my own. Highly recommend to anyone who has hit a plateau in their training or wants to improve their form.Thank you so much KX!“

He has a ton of equipment available for multimodal treatments, he is up to date on research, and will help teach you about chiropractic issues using diagrams and models if needed. He also is upfront about what to expect after a visit since (some chiropractic treatments can cause temporary soreness; it’s all for the best and I appreciate his honesty). I strongly recommend a visit, especially if you have a complicated issue.“

“I discovered Dr. Danielle Gilas through a friend, while looking for care options to treat a back injury from over a year ago, which recently jumped up with a severe pain event. I found Dr. Danielle very experienced in Chiropractic care, with a deep understanding of holistic health and well-being too. She was expertly able to identify the source of the pain, describe the underlying causes and propose a plan of action. She is very articulate and empathetic, and instilled a lot of confidence in me during our interactions. The sessions were very focussed, empowering, and the positive environment at Vivid Health always left me feeling rejuvenated. I took 12 sessions with her recommendation and feel more confident, agile, and free of pain. She's awesome!!“
“I worked with Alex to fix a nagging shoulder impingement. He was great at explaining the affected muscles and how the prescribed exercises would stretch and strengthen to solve the issue. I wasn't pushed or upsold to book unneeded sessions, and the PhysiApp is a great reference tool to review videos on how to do my exercises at home.“
