Great place wouldn't go anywhere else! The environment is great along with the staff. I occasionally get lower back pain due to work and Dinah helps relieve my issue with her knowledge in massage therapy. I truly feel brand new after a session
I've been going to Step Up specifically seeing Dinah, since moving to this area and have been very happy with their service! This location is newer and has a lot more room than their Adelaide location.It's close to union station and the atmosphere of the rooms are pretty cool.Sandra Dumont is an amazing Acupuncturist and she does specialized massages to open your blood flow.She is the original Acupuncturist for this location.
