“Tore a mensicus recently, but thanks to Shady Nagib at East York Massage and Physiotherapy Studio, I'm back up and running to the point where not only I feel confident in moving about normally again but even preparing for a marathon.

Shady is knowledgeable and was always able to answer any questions I had. He's also attentive and caring; he'd even remember small details from conversations we had during our sessions. His treatment plans were easy to follow and now my leg is just as good as it was before the injury. The guidance and advice he gave has also helped increase my hip mobility and reinforced my overall lower-body range of motion.

Other things to note: Booking online is easy; rescheduling was always effortless thanks to Abby the receptionist; payment is simple too and I never had any issues with insurance claims; parking is usually available but it's also an easily accessible location you can walk to.“
