Before seeing Kyle, I was dealing with a lot of pain and sleepless nights. I had tried physiotherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture, but unfortunately, they only provided temporary relief. Kyle was different, he took the time to understand what was actually going on and was able to get to the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms.

“I've visited the physiotherapy clinic twice, and both experiences have been wonderful. Last year, I had really bad knee pain from pushing myself too hard during sports without proper warm-ups. It was so bad that i couldn't sit on my knees. At one point, I felt like I might have to stop playing just to walk properly because the pain was so intense. A friend recommended this clinic, and after just 5-6 sessions of physiotherapy and the exercises advised, I was back to playing aggressively. Now, my knee feels great, and I no longer have problems with it.

The second time, I twisted my ankle badly and couldn't walk properly for three days. I returned to the clinic as my doctor recommended physiotherapy. The doctor quickly diagnosed my issue and explained everything clearly. In just two sessions, I was no longer limping, pain-free, and back on the playground.

“I had found out I had achilles tendonitis (from playing basketball) after going to Queensway walk-in clinic and they referred me to focus therapy which is about a 3 minute walk from the clinic. Staff is very polite and approachable. The physiotherapist Dr. Richard performed 5 sessions on the injury.
