RMT Lin was amazing! She not only helped relieve my pain immediately after the session, but also shared simple and practical stretches I can easily do during long hours of sitting at work. Her care, expertise, and attention to detail went far beyond my expectations. Highly recommend!
Great treatment! It's a shared space (not private room) so wear thin, baggy clothing and be prepared for some noise. Heat bags are a nice touch. They always struggle to process my insurance properly so I claim it afterwards. Ostea is great but very pricey for one session

While there was initially some confusion regarding my insurance coverage and provider eligibility, the team took my concerns seriously and went out of their way to help resolve the issue once it was brought to their attention.
The treatment itself was great, and I truly appreciate how professional, understanding, and responsive they were throughout the process.
