My first time here! Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodated me when I ran a bit late. My tech, Hannah, was very sweet and did a great job. I have a hard time choosing colours and she picked the perfect one for me :) Will come back here next time!
Hana did such a great job on my feet. She was patient with me because i did ask her to change the color and she did it with no problem. She paid attention to detail and was kind. The store itself is really nice, clean and spacious and the staff is really on top of everything.
They are incredibly professional but also very warm and inviting. It’s definitely nice to have GIOIA in our neighbourhood - they’re like a family that keeps on giving.
