“I had a great experience getting my M4 macbook pro repaired by WinMac following a liquid spill (laptop only stayed on with power adapter plugged in).

The repair was prompt and I received relevant updates throughout the process.

I was also provided context about the chips involved in the malfunctional pathway and a reasonable, thorough justification for the steps taken to diagnose and correct the issue. I'm not a hardware person, but it seemed to me that the people at WinMac understand the inner workings of macs very well.

They do diagnostics and provide a quote for free, indicating they are confident they can beat Apple's prices, and in my experience they have the skill to get equivalent results.
