my laptops memory card went suddenly and it stopped loading. i called computation and left a message - someone called me back within a few minutes. I was able to bring the laptop into the shop where they confirmed I needed a new memory card. within a couple of hours it was fixed with a replacement part at a fraction of the cost I worried I'd be charged. excellent service and resolution!

My external hard drive that I rely on had stopped working and I didn't have a backup (huge lesson learned). Computation Ltd was able to send the drive to a data recovery lab to have all the data recovered. Communication through the whole process has been great! Thank you

This is my third time at Computation. My laptop was fixed the same day, at a very reasonable cost. If you're not going here for your computer repair needs...you're likely getting ripped off.
