Got both my laptop and my phone fixed there and was a WAY more pleasant experience than the Apple store. My phone was fixed within half an hour in store and my laptop got fixed in only a few days, shout-out to Norah, she is the best! Great customer service and wasn’t expecting either to be fixed so quickly ☺️
Took my MacBook Pro 13” in on Sunday 03/15/20, bought it back in 2013. Diagnosed, repaired (hard drive issue, needed replaced), and back in my hands less than 36 hrs later. Machine is running like new. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and is a great csr and is to be commended. Thanks again BeachMac. I’ll never set foot in an Apple store again. Take care of yourselves and each other during this crazy time. ✌🏻
always a solution ... thanks to BeachMac !!!
