I bought my laptop from Simmply Macs years ago, so when I bit on a scam I went to them. They cleared the scammers' stuff out of my computer right away, and didn't even charge me! A tip: If someone spends hours with you on the phone, and asks for access to your computer, to give you money, they don't want to give you money! They want to get into your bank accounts!!!

I visited Simmply Macs today and had the pleasure of meeting Andy and his son. They patiently worked on my MacBook, utilizing various techniques to fix the issue. Thanks to their expertise, I was able to avoid any further costly repairs. I was impressed by their genuine concern and professionalism. I highly recommend their services.

Extremely happy with my transaction with Andy. I'm a bit of a novice but was able to answer all my questions and very promptly. Honest, genuine guy - I'm glad these small businesses are still around to help people out. Would recommend to anyone that wants to sell a used Mac or get repairs.
