Jeff is very conversational and nice. He will tell you the possible reasons that the laptop is not working in details and give you an estimate in advance.He fixed my laptop after one day and also cleaned the dust for it. He even gave me a new power cord!If my laptop goes wrong again, I'll definitely go back to him. ：D

Jeff at Laptop Specialist quoted me a price to attempt to repair my laptop fan, but warned me that it may not fix the issue. After working on my laptop, a simple repair couldn't fix it. To my surprise, he didn't charge me anything despite working on my laptop, since the issue was not resolved. I had to replace the battery of an Asus Zenbook that had reached its limit. Unfortunately I broke the battery connector on the motherboard trying to do it myself. Jeff was able to fix it allowing me to use the new battery and continue the lifespan of this laptop! Highly recommended for any laptop related work.
