MacEachern’s has been servicing our carpets at my company in downtown Toronto (CSI/Moodys) for 27+ years over a couple moves. I got some numbers and they’ve serviced us a whopping 865 times!
To say they’ve been one of my most reliable vendors would be an understatement. Their service is seamless and so behind the scenes one forgets they’re there. You almost start to take them for granted!

I have used MacEachern for many years. They are the only people I trust with my wool carpets, mainly due to Rick’s knowledge. He has more knowledge about my custom carpets than the people who made them. People on the phone are also very friendly and east to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend MacEachern.
I have used this business many times and they do an excellent job. Their service representatives are extremely pleasant eager to please. Waqar is who I have had recently and he does an excellent job and I used to have Tonkin who did an excellent job as well. I would highly recomment them.
