Great experience with Ayden, Armin and Gabe at the Oakville location as well. Got a great deal on a beautiful rug. Excellent service and education thoughout the process. Getting to try out a few different rugs at home before finalizing on one was also quite helpful too, as well. Visited a bunch of different dealers throughout the GTA. I'd say in terms of price, quality and designs, it is hard to beat the offering that you can get here.
We had an outstanding experience with Imperial Rugs Galleries. From the very first email through to delivery, the entire process was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Armen was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. Being able to view and compare a wide range of rugs onsite was invaluable, and it was a real bonus to support a local business while seeing the quality firsthand. We absolutely love how the rug complements our main living spaces and know it’s something we’ll enjoy for many years to come. One of the best purchase experiences we’ve had—highly recommended.
We used Imperial Rugs to have our rug cleaned. The prices are extremely competitive, the quality of service was impeccable, and our interaction with Armen was excellent. We will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended.
