Came in with a very dirty and frayed rug, the owner gave me a really good deal but when the time came to pick it up we had other unexpected expenses that month so he dealt with the situation gracefully and did not make me feel bad about it, he even trusted me with the option to take it home and pay at a later date which I declined. He kept it safe for a long time because of covid closures.Could not be happier with the service!

You walk into this store and everywhere you look is another stunning rug. We were looking for a rug of a particular size and shape. Ahad, the owner, looked through his stock and, though he didn't find the right one while I was there, he let me by text the next day that he'd found a few options. They both would have been lovely, but one of them was exactly what we wanted - we are thrilled with how it looks and the quality, and it was a fair price. The owner has a great deal of experience with Iranian rugs and it seems like the store frequently gets new stock. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a great experience getting our rug resized with Bayview Rug Gallery. The work quality was fantastic, and the staff clearly have expertise working with a variety of products. The pricing was fair and honest, and the customer service was top notch. Overall, we would strongly recommend this store for all things rug-related.
