The service was excellent!The last time we used your service was in 2021 and this time it was as good as the previous experience.The lady who took our order and arranged the pickup was excellent in her handling.The gentleman who picked up the carpets was polite and considerate.The gentleman who dropped the carpets was efficient and polite.The carpets have been cleaned very well and we have no complaints.The experience using your website was smooth and efficient.All in all, we are satisfied and will use your service in the future too.

My experience with this company has been extremely satisfying. Filling out the order form was very straight forward and a huge thanks to one of their drivers, Matthew, who provided calls before picking up my rug and while delivering being very kind to interact with. Will be using them again shortly.

We used this service some time ago with a less than acceptable result - when the company contacted us sometime later to see if we wished to repeat, I declined, citing our disappointment. They immediately offered a re-clean at no cost, which we agreed to do, and I am happy to say that the results this time were absolutely great.In a day and age where people have come to expect disappointment, as far as I'm concerned, their actions in this case defines the meaning of Customer Service.
