Thunder Bay Insulation provided exceptional services this fall, insulating my attic and floors. They kindly completed paperwork for my rebate from Enbridge, found a hole in my roof while insulating the attic and was able to help me find a reliable /punctual contractor to patch the hole. They worked with me to problem-solve my floor insulation needs and completed the work quickly and effectively! Mavriq Constuction Company was excellent to work with. Things were done in a professional and organized manner. Gave us advice and updates as work progressed. The crew was knowledgeable and worked hard at completing the job on time. Always kept a clean worksite. We were very impressed with every aspect of working with this company and we love our new metal roof. Would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

After having the worst experience I’ve ever had at another dentist in town I developed extreme anxiety with going to the dentist. I went here today for my first appointment and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. Dr Kam was my dentist and Bailey was my hygienist and she took the time to talk to me, reassure me and explain everything that was happening every step of the way. I am also hard of hearing and she spoke clearly and slowly and didn’t get upset when I had to ask her to repeat herself or spell it out for me. I felt completely comfortable. I will definitely be back again in the spring! If you have anxiety/fear of the dentist or are looking for a new place I would definitely recommend coming here!
I’ve been to a few dental places in town and I feel it’s almost a universal experience for dental cleanings to hurt or be uncomfortable in some way. Linda at greenstone preformed the most painless, and precise cleaning I’ve ever had. She was so diligent and kind. And of course, the rest of the staff is so kind and makes you feel welcomed.
…Also a big fan of the animal videos they usually have playing contributing to the general atmosphere. Thank you guys for making the dentist a pleasant experience! :)

I've been seen by 5 chiropractors in Thunder Bay, and none of them could figure out what was wrong with my shoulders or even attempted any treatment at all. Finally, after meeting Dr. Colin Smith, he found a way to offer me some pain relief and he's now offering me a proper treatment which is providing me some long awaited relief and hope of regaining shoulder flexibility.
I have never been corrected as fast. First visit put my hip back in place. A skiing accidect 40some years ago has seen me at many chiropractors with many return visits. Ill go back for more visits to help with the rest of my back and keep things in place. Totally impressed.

I took the program for a year, and I can say that it was 100% worth every dollar. The online portion was very informative about every aspect of driving, and the on-road tests were amazing. I had Xun (Thomas) Xiong as my driving instructor, and he helped me go from being super stressed and scared about driving, to making it very easy and relaxed. I ended up getting my G2 license because of the program and I would recommend the program to anybody who wants to learn how to drive safe.

I started off with Peter 26 years ago (thank you!). He used to run a solid beginner driver education course, now he focuses on corporate training. Even though we don't see eye to eye, he deserves 5 stars in my book. We need more people like him in the industry.
Drivewise got my daughter through when it was going to be a very close call on timing. At first Terry was a bit miffed at us, but he obviously mobilized the team to help us out in the end. We didn't realize it was more difficult to book times in the summer, nor did my daughter clock the 1-year timeline (or perhaps she forgot and didn't pass along to me). Our baseline of bookability was from the winter (so make note for those starting in winter and rolling into summer). We learned the hard way that booking availability reduces in the summer due to increase demand.
My daughter also took a long time to get to the driving lessons due to the inaccessibility of the MTO online training (no fault of Drivewise).
Nevertheless, Drivewise pulled through and independently called us to make sure my daughter met her timeline. All driving instructors were amazing (TJ was great, Colin was nice, and Todd really went out of his way to get my daughter finished in time and wrapped up). The front desk person (can't remember her name) was super sweet and stayed on top of everything to help us. Thank you Drivewise. Champion of DEI!
