I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others who may be considering Yellow Jacket Property Services. In October 2024, I signed a contract with the company for a project that was scheduled to begin within two weeks. A significant deposit was paid. While there was some initial communication, the project was never started. By January 2025, I had not heard from Mr. Kelso since November 19, 2024, despite multiple attempts to reach him. I repeatedly requested a refund, clarification on the project timeline, or an explanation for the lack of progress, but received no response and no effort was made to resolve the situation. After posting a review of Yellow Jacket Property Services and Mr. Kelso on January 3, 2025, I was contacted by Mr. Kelso via text and email. He expressed a desire to work toward a resolution and asked that I remove the review. A new contract was created and we agreed that the review would be taken down pending completion of the work. The deadline was initially moved up to June 15, then extended to June 30. However, as of June 16th, Mr. Kelso once again ceased all communication, despite two follow-up messages from me seeking clarification on a project start date. As of July 1st, the project was not completed nor had I received a refund on my deposit. This experience has been especially disappointing given the company’s previously positive reviews, which initially gave me confidence in their reliability. Unfortunately, due to the continued lack of accountability and follow-through, I will now pursue legal action to recover my deposit. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when considering this company.

As of January 3, 2025, I have been unable to contact Mr. Kelso, nor have I received any communication from him since November 19, 2024. Despite multiple requests for a refund of the deposit, clarification on the project timeline, or an explanation for the lack of progress, I have received no response, nor has any effort been made to resolve the issue. This experience is particularly disappointing given the company and Mr. Kelso’s prior positive reviews, which had initially instilled confidence in their services. Unfortunately, due to the lack of accountability and resolution, I have been left with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my deposit. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this company or Mr. Kelso. After posting my above review of Yellow Jacket Property Services/Jordan Kelso on Friday, January 3, 2025 on Google, I received communication from Mr. Kelso via text and email. In his messages, Mr. Kelso requested that I remove the review and expressed a desire to work toward a resolution. Given that this matter is now being handled by my lawyer, a phone call was scheduled for Sunday, January 5, at a date and time requested by Mr. Kelso. On that day, my lawyer made multiple attempts to contact Mr. Kelso by phone and left a voicemail. Additional follow-up calls were made on the morning and evening of Monday, January 6, with a final voicemail left during the morning attempt. Unfortunately, despite Mr. Kelso’s stated intention to resolve this issue, he has not responded to any of the calls or messages. This lack of communication is deeply disappointing, as it seems that, once again, Mr. Kelso has chosen to avoid engagement despite being given numerous opportunities to address the matter. As of the time of writing this update, I have yet to receive any portion of the deposit I paid.
